Alkaline vs. Acid Forming Foods
More to my post of yesterday on helping your body become more alkaline/acid balanced.
Just because a food is acid it doesn’t mean that it remains acid in the body. It can turn alkaline. Honey and raw sugars produce alkaline ash, but because of a high concentrate of sugar become acid-formers.
Here is a sample of “acid-forming foods.

Foods that increase alkalinity in the blood
