Lower that 2.7Ph, which is strong acid water, not suitable for drinking.  It is for sanitizing and disinfecting.

Ph4.0 – Ph6.5 Acidic water is for washing dishes, polishing, hair care, washing your face and many other uses.

Ph7.0 is Clean water suitable for drinking and taking medication.  It has chlorine, rust, impurities and lead removed.

Ph 8.0 – 9.5 is healthy alkaline water and is best for drinking.
